Neoprene is tough, weatherproof and far too useful to bury. Wayve collects retired wetsuits across Singapore and keeps them in use for as long as possible, from a second pair of hands to a brand-new foam. 🤍

Every suit we collect is routed to the highest use it still has. Landfill is the last stop, and we're working to make it a stop nothing needs to make.
From partners and individuals, through collection boxes across Singapore, mail-in and bulk pick-ups.
Suits still in good shape go to marine research and coral conservation partners who can use them.
Worn suits are cut and sewn in Singapore into functional products, from cable organisers to glasses sleeves.
What's left is ground and rebonded into Mareon™, a new high-performance foam.
why neoprene is worth keeping
Neoprene (polychloroprene) isn't just any rubber. The chlorine built into its molecule is what makes it last, and it's why a wetsuit outlives most things we make. We'd rather keep that chlorine doing a job than let it sit in landfill.
